In a separate mail message we are submitting a gff file corresponding to
the gene predicitions obtained by the geneid program 
on the Adh sequence from the Annotation Experiment.
These are 'ab initio' predicitions, since no information from similarity
to known coding sequences is used to infer the predicted genes. 
The predictions have been obtained fully automatically, geneid analyzing
the 2.9 Mb sequence in one single pass.
Shortly, we will send you a more detailed description of the whole
procedure.

Please note that we are not using the mandatory '\t' field separator
in the gff file. Please let us know if this is a problem.
