NOTE: This page is for use by registered Genotator users only. To view Genotator results, you'll need to have the Genotator browser installed. The Genotator browser is written in Tkperl and runs on UNIX systems; it is available free to non-profit institutions. To request the Genotator browser, please write to Nomi Harris (nlharris@lbl.gov).

Please note: some users have not been able to paste sequences of more than 28Kb because of limitations of their browser and/or windowing system. If you submit a long sequence and get back annotations only 28Kb, you might try cutting and pasting your sequence in several chunks.
