Materials: Transposon Insertion Lines
Gene Disruption Project
Drosophila stocks carrying mapped single transposon insertions indicated as permanent collection lines in Bellen, et al. (2004) were deposited in the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center. The stocks carried by the center may be queried by map position at FlyBase.
New Drosophila stocks carrying mapped insertions are being produced in the ongoing project and deposited at Bloomington. Stocks that have not yet been deposited at Bloomington can be obtained directly from the Hugo Bellen lab through the GDP Database page.
P-element Lethals
Drosophila stocks carrying mapped single P-element lethal insertions marked as primary lines in Spradling, et al. (1999) were deposited in the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center. The stocks carried by the center may be queried by map position at FlyBase.
EP Controlled Misexpression Project
A representative set of EP lines from the Rorth collection covering the X chromosome have been deposited in the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center. The complete Rorth EP collection is also maintained at the Szeged Stock Center. Requests for EP lines should be addressed to szegedfly@gen.bio.u-szeged.hu.
