EP Controlled Misexpression Project
A representative set of EP lines from the Rorth collection covering the X chromosome have been deposited in the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center (see below for contact info).

The complete Rorth EP collection is also maintained at the Szeged Stock Center. Requests for EP lines should be addressed to szegedfly@gen.bio.u-szeged.hu.

P element lethals:
Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center

Drosophila stocks carrying mapped single P-element lethal insertions marked as Primary lines in the Spradling, et al. 1999 paper were deposited in the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center. The stocks carried by the center may be queried by map position at FlyBase at http://flybase.bio.indiana.edu/stocks/fbstock.hform.

The stocks may be queried by map position using the P-Screen Database of the Bellen lab. As the project proceeds, more lines become available at the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center . Some lines not yet at Bloomington are available from the Bellen Lab.
